About Peter McCombie
Peter McCombie is a New Zealand-born, English resident Master of Wine, based in London. He operates an independent wine consultancy service, principally for hotels and restaurants, as well as writing and speaking about wine.
Previous clients of his consultancy service have included the Dorchester Hotel, Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen and the Cinnamon Club. Current clients include The Cliff (Barbados), Moro, Canteen, The Zetter and Tapas Brindisa.
Peter is a regular speaker at corporate and public events and teaches at the Christies Wine Course and at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. He writes for a number of publications, including Restaurant and is a regular judge in a number of competitions.
