Amelia Pinsent has worked in media for the last ten years - at the Evening Standard for five years, then in the Marketing team at Fine Wine Merchants, Jeroboams for two years while also writing a weekly wine column for What’s On In London. She currently writes a weekly wine column for Country Life magazine and runs the marketing and distribution for her family’s vineyard in Portugal (www.svol.pt). Various freelance consultancies are as diverse as judging the annual Great Australian Red competition in Brisbane, Australia, writing the annual wine list for a salmon fishing lodge in the Hebrides and commentating on her travels around the wine world in other wine trade publications.
